As a lifelong resident of St. Charles, Dr. Blalock knew while growing up that he wanted to positively impact his community and the whole St. Louis area. Dr. Blalock and his wife enjoy family time, especially with their two dogs Abby and Max and their cats Macy and Figaro. Dr. Blalock's wife, Dr. Cynthia Blalock, is the owner and dentist of Cardinal Dental next door to Cardinal Chiropractic & Physical Medicine.

We haven't had a need to see a chiropractor before, but we tried Cardinal Chiropractic after my husband hurt his back. Kylie at the front desk went above and beyond and was incredibly helpful and patient in answering our questions, particularly about insurance. We also appreciated the doctor's desire to get to the root of the problem quickly and not drag out treatment unnecessarily. We came away feeling well taken care of.

The doctor is great but poor business practices will leave you with threats for collections. The receptionist lacks customer service. I have insurance and then she threatens to send patients to collections without even sending bills. Horrible business practices for sure. If you don’t want the hassle of his staff, I would go some place else where there is quality staff and doctors.

Not often do I get treated with exceptional customer service, especially from doctors and their employees and this place was outstanding! They treated me like a PERSON. Answered every question and set me at total ease with no high pressure sales. Dr.Rick is highly skilled..I highly recommend this clinic.

I have dealt with chronic pain for over 12 years and I've seen many chiropractors in that time frame. Trust and integrity are 2 key traits I look for in any service provider. I have found that here at Cardinal Physical Medicine!

Cardinal Physical Medicine has exceeded my expectations! This is my first experience with a chiropractor and Dr. Blalock has been awesome! He has been dedicated to helping me get back on track.
