I had problems with my heater locking out. Bill came to the house, adjusted a flow switch and charged $95. The problem persisted and Bill called the manufacturer. It ended up that a valve was open affecting the flow. The mfg charged me $135. Bill agreed to pay the service call. He didn’t. 2 years later the mfg sends me a past due invoice. I call Bill and now he wants to debate the problem. I paid the bill
I won’t do business with a) a company that fails to keep their word nor b) workmanship that doesn’t diagnose a problem thoroughly. You can get better service. Strongly recommend to Stay
