I'd guesstimate that Chase has covered forty or more depositions for us in the last year. Each one has been on time and with zero "issues." Most of those depositions were realtimed and videoed as well and all went off without a hitch. We haven't had to call to inquire as to the whereabouts of the transcripts, they just arrive as promised. They are good at what they do and make our job easier ... exactly what I've been looking for!
