Services
As one of the most experienced and knowledgable hydraulic servicing companies in the Midwest, Hydraulic Services and Repair, Inc. has been servicing clients across many different industries since 1985. Hydraulic Services and Repair is home to a custom fabrication shop that specializes in creating, fixing or replicating parts and products to repair your hydraulic or pneumatic equipment.
While most shops won't go through the hassle of carrying the parts you need, we stock both metric and standard fittings up to 2in 6 wire hose (6,000psi) from Parker. If we don't have the hose or fitting you need in-stock, we'll get it to you fast, usually next day. Plus, with steel reserves and expert fabricators, our shop can fabricate steel lines up to 3/4 in diameter while you wait!
From the barrel to the seals, we can fix and maintain your machine's cylinders, no matter the brand or model. We know a cylinder breakdown costs you time and money, so our experienced crew will get your pneumatic or hydraulic machine diagnosed and repaired quickly and correctly. Hydraulic Services & Repair have experience with the most popular industrial equipment manufacturers including Bosch Rexroth, Enerpac, Parker, Sheffer, and more.
Hydraulic Services & Repair, Inc. is located in Northern Illinois, near the Southern Wisconsin border. Our shop is stocked with thousands of parts and products from quality, American-manufactured vendors like Parker. Unlike most other hydraulic repair and maintenance companies, we keep hoses, fittings and seals in stock so your repair can be completed as quickly as possible.

This place is the best hydraulic repair facility I have ever done business with. I hate when I am out of town and need work done because I don't want to use anyone but them. They do QUALITY work like no other. Thank you Gentlemen, Franky

I called them first to make sure they could fix our truck. Over the phone they said yes bring it in, so I did. I drive the truck down there and someone else tells me no they can’t fix it. So I wasted 45mins of my time and fuel money for nothing. We will be using another hydraulic shop from now on.

Very Nice and Knowledgeable staff. I did not like the fact that I went to get a seal kit for my Eaton pump and was charged 100 Bucks after I had opened it to look at it. He said he thought It was 60 before I opened it. I asked why the seal kit was so expensive, he said it was because you cant use any other kit to repair it and Eaton charges a lot. I went online and can find these things everywhere for 29.99-35.00 with shipping. I understand they have to make a buck on items, however this was excessive and I feel like I got 'duped'
