Consider me your chief guide on your personal or professional growth quest. With over 20 years in the Financial Services Industry, I've become an experienced Leader, Coach, Trainer and Mentor. I established JennQuest to pursue my personal quest of adding value to others by creating and leading personal or professional growth initiatives.
We offer three coaching programs. A program designed for Executives who want an efficient and expedient change with improved results; Social + Emotional Intelligence coaching to provide a deeper understanding of behaviors and work that will help create a plan to change those behaviors to improve your relationship with yourself & others; and Leadership Coaching for Women which is specifically designed for Women Leaders & Entrepreneurs.
The Social+Emotional Intelligence Profile identifies your strengths in 26 different competencies which are divided into 4 quadrants. Social and emotional intelligence (S+EI or sometimes referred to as EI or EQ) encompasses many skill sets, including stress management, resilience, managing conflict productively, powerful influencing skills, catalyzing change, teamwork and collaboration, building trust and much more.
The Intentional Growth Club for Women VIP Program is a Virtual Community designed for Women Leaders and Entrepreneurs. No matter where you are or what stage of your career or business - this community is for you. Each month you'll explore how you're feeling, discuss progress made, learn about a topic of interest and set goals.
During the 75-Minute Coaching Experience, Jenn will provide a problem solving, possibility producing experience. This session is ideal for someone who's ready for change and ready to make bold moves to achieve the result they want. During the Customized Training Consult we can discuss the employee development or performance challenges you're experiencing.

Really enjoyed a the Success Reset Retreat. I definitely needed a reset and while a group environment might not be for everyone, it was for me. She led our group through a series of questions, thought processes, and activities to come up with our own individual and unique ways to reset our success goals.
