Ordered flowers for my daughter’s 8th birthday they came out beautiful and they were delivered to her school on time the price was reasonable and the person I placed the order with was very nice and helpful the only thing I asked for them to be wrapped in paper or parchment not to be placed in a glass vase because I didn’t want her to drop it at school but they were in a glass vase but they made it home in one peace and like I said they were beautiful thank you I will definitely be ordering from this shop again

I will never order flowers from here again they over charged for delivery my brother and I placed an order over 350 dollars worth and they charged us 15dlls each for delivery fee flowers were going to same funeral home. My arrangement was so smallllll not worth the price. NEVER AGAIN !!!!

I'm very disappointed with Krystal's! Yesterday I received an arrangement from my son that he ordered from Krystal's and I received it and I was thinking what a pretty arrangement i turned It around and the back side of the arrangement was bare! Like either it was a half arrangement or unfinished one, i would understand if it was a half arrangement but arrange the flowers evenly all the way around. I have received other arrangements from here before but none as sloppy as this one! I will make sure my son doesn't order from here again! **UPDATE** i received a message from the owner on May 18th stating

I just spent $320. On an order and I'm trying to change something on a note to the receiver but you guys never answer the phone. Need better service on that.
