I am not sure who was lucky enough to find Carmen, but she is absolutely amazing! She was extremely professional with how she conducted herself. I was a little unsure about some things but she assured me that my concerns were normal and helped me gain more confidence in what i was wanting to do. Talked to Gary about how he could help me save on auto insurance. He was able to get me better coverage for less than my old insurance. Switching was easy and he took me through the entire process and made sure I understood my options. I ended up adding renters insurance and my monthly premium was still lower than it had been.
