Great job and extremely quick.. Was in Jackson from out of town and had a window broken out of our vehicle while on the highway just outside of town. They were able to secure the vehicle that evening and had the window ordered and installed early the next morning! could not have asked for anything better. Great service and saved out trip! I'm visiting Jackson for a week. On the drive to Jackson our sunroof was shattered by a rock. I called Red's at 4:45 PM and they made an appointment for the next morning at 8:30. They were courteous and professional and quick. They could not get a replacement glass in time but they put a film over the sunroof in order to get us home. On top of the excellent r service, they would not accept payment as they said I had already been inconvenienced. This is customer service above and beyond! I highly recommend this business and appreciate all they did for me.

Windshield got chipped driving into Jackson on 191.
Red's got me right in (first come,first served) and out in about 45 minutes. How great is that.
Looks like a paint store out front, but there are two bays in the back for windshield repair and replacement.
Customer service was honest and straightforward.
Highly recommended.
