I’ve going to ACF insurance for a couple years and I always have great service but last time I went was exceptionally fantastic! Yolanda and the other lady (I cannot recall her name but really nice) made my day! Genuine service and it shows that they really do want the best quote for you. In fact, I was able to get my monthly rate lower! Thanks guys, I cannot recommend enough.

ACF rep Dawn Hodge at the garner location is so rude. I recently added another vehicle to my commercial policy. I had a question about my bill. I called at 9:38 am only to not get a call back. So I called at 4pm. I was told by the first representative that she had an appointment and Dawn would help me. Well Dawn is rude and I would not recommend… anyone do business with an agent of a company that will hang up on you after you waited 7 hours for a call back. Poor customer service and poor professionalism from Dawn is how I view ACF insurance in Garner.

Worked with Matt for my Commercial Insurance. He was very knowledgeable about the products that I needed in order to be covered. He took his time answering my questions. He even followed up with me a week after to ensure I provided some documentation required to keep my discounts! I’m definitely transferring all of my insurance needs to him!

Please don't go here. The secretary doesn't even seem to know what is going on with my account when I call. Also, I called them after being hit by another car and they never even returned my phone call. I decided to go to a more well known company that gave me even a few dollars less each month for auto insurance than this place. I should've known when it says CHEAP CHEAP INSURANCE all over the window and signs. Save yourself the money and hassle of this company.
