I have been buying all my computers from Affordable Computers going back to the days when they were located on Highway 58. My lady friend has been buying from them also. I dropped by the other day for some help on how to send a file or folder to a flash drive on f or g ports on my computer. The tec on duty wasn't too cooperative and of no help. Looks as though I have bought my last computer from Affordable.

Came in with my laptop that had a key missing and was acting as if the key was permantley pressed down. Service was excellent and everyone was friendly. The repair itself was much cheaper compared to every other store I called and they had my laptop fixed in no time at all. They have a great selection of computer items, and without a doubt I will be coming here again for ANYTHING computer related.

The employees were very kind and helpful to assist me in finding the parts I needed and made clear and thoughtful choices for my build. They chose quality parts over just trying to sell the most expensive. The store also has parts that are currently sold out elsewhere (as of August 7, 2021) and priced them well as compared to the scalping prices. I would recommend this store to anyone that needs computer components or repairs.

I called to inquire about upgrading my Toshiba laptop and I was told that it could not be fixed due to the age. I was also, told that due to the age of the computer, the hardware and software were not compatible to the newer laptops today. I was then told to go out and buy another one because of the cost would be cheaper.
I called another computer repair store in East Ridge, needless to say, I took it there. I am so happy that I did. This Business not only fixed the software issues but made it faster, fixed the camera and audio issues. All this was done for less than 120 dollars and done in 1

Very disappointed. We took our computer there a few years back and the they were very helpful and polite. However, we recently needed it look at again and the associate had a fit because he saw a dead bug in the computer he refused to help us.
So sad that one person can bring such bad customer service.
We did find someone else to fix it.
Hope that was a temporary helper.

Kyle, manager, and Dan, employee, were super helpful. I wish I had known about Affordable before I took my Surface Pro to CPR on Gunbarrel (they are absolutely pathetic).Kyle was very honest, and he went above and beyond to help me and only charged me for the flash drive that was used to download my computer's contents. I highly recommend Affordable Computers as they are honest, fair, and super helpful. Kyle and Dan, although they couldn't completely solve the issue, didn't gig me into a fix that they couldn't do. For those guys, five stars!
