Since 1980 Atronix, Incorporated has been a source of contract assembly services to OEMS. Specializing in cable, wire harness and electromechanical assembly, engineering and manufacturing services Atronix delivers turn-key manufacturing services from our ISO 9001:2015 registered facilities in Exeter, New Hampshire, Tucson, Arizona and Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, and partner production facilities in China.
Atronix offers a full spectrum of services including product design and manufacturing engineering, material sourcing and procurement, turn-key manufacturing and scheduled direct shipment. Atronix production facilities are certified to multiple quality standards including ISO 9001:2008, AS9100C, ISO 13485 for medical and ISO 14001 helping to ensure our ability to deliver the quality service levels your business demands.
All Atronix operators are certified to the WHMA / IPC-620 Assembly Standard. Each Atronix facility is staffed by not fewer than 4 IPC Certified Trainers, and all operators are certified to either or both IPC-620 or IPC-610 assembly standards for manufacturing. Atronix, Incorporated is aware of and shares concern that mining operations, specifically in the eastern region of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (and adjoining countries) have been determined to be funding "armed militias" directly responsible for wide spread human rights violations.
As a result, in July of 2010, new legislation was passed requiring companies listed on the U.S. stock exchange to report annually to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) a list of any products that were produced with minerals sourced from these areas of concern as well as disclose any measures taken to eliminate these so-called "conflict minerals" (specifically: tantalum, tin, gold and tungsten) from their supply chain.
