I hired Mr. Colonna (Jacob) to help me with a lawsuit against a former tenant who had caused a lot of damage to one of my rent properties. Jacob diligently gathered the evidence we needed for court and filed all of the proper paperwork. He also kept me in the loop the entire time. When we showed my former tenant what he was up against, he quickly realized that he was going to lose the case and we agreed on a settlement. Jacob did an excellent job and I will definitely use him again should I need help with any legal issues.
