Details: This treatment is recommended to be applied bi-annually and was designed for autos in need of an exterior paint clean-up. A 2-stage, machine compound/polish treatment is performed over entire vehicle, then a hand-crafted sealant, carnauba wax is used to provide a shiny and durable finish that will last 4-6 months, depending on storage, maintenance, weather and mileage on the car(no paint correction will be achieved at this level).

First time customer at Detail Doctor. Warmly welcomed by George and Ken. Did a full car service on my RR; the car came back looking better than when I first bought it. I was especially pleased with the cream leather seats looking like new which were previously covered in dark marks plus they managed to get many scratches out or make them much less noticeable. Fast service and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend!

Ken and the entire Detail Doctor team are as good as it gets and the most professional outfit around. They ordered and stored tires and wheels for me for over 6 months as I waited on my Bronco to arrive and once it did had me in the next day to replace my stock tires/wheels. They also ceramic coated the wheels and I'll be back in January to use them for paint protection film and ceramic coating the body. Highly recommend!

I have been going to The Detail Doctor for a year now. The service here is amazing ! Ken, George, Shawn and Raul are great, they even remember my name ! All the people who work there are so nice and they work very hard. They treat your car as if it was their own. Amazing! Was recommended to go here by the Ford dealer. Told in advance it was pricey, and it definitely was more expensive than other places. But my car looks brand new - inside and out. I gave them an SUV completely filled with dog fur, sand, and dirt. Yes, I had to pay extra for labor for excessive pet hair, but that seems more than fair considering the state of my vehicle. What I got back exceeded my expectations. And the staff was super friendly keeping me updated and letting me know in advance what to expect in terms of cost and service.

It was expensive but worth it. Got a new to me, company car and the interior came in rough shape (former colleague had little kids and must have been a slob himself). The Detail Doctor was able to fit us in right away, dropped our car off the night before and it was done by 1 the next day. The car was like new!!! Very clean, not a speck of dirt, grime or dust. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I received a gift certificate for a full detail job with the purchase of my new FJ Cruiser and although this is my first experience with a detail job and have nothing to compare it to I was extremely impressed and happy with the work they did. I am unsure of the value as it was free to me, but they were extremely communicative and flexible when it came to dropping off and picking up the car when my work schedule and their's did not coordinate well. I would not go to anybody else should I decided to do more details in the future! Thanks guys

Five stars for friendly reception and attention from the front office which was exceptional. The express detailing service itself however is three stars. Lots of areas in the interior were not adequately wiped or vacuumed. For the difference in expense a regular car wash would have done roughly the same for a lot less money. I am sure the higher priced detailing services offered here are much more thorough and complete, but for $75 for the express service I still would have appreciated more attention to the interior vacuuming.

They did a great job on my car! The car is over a year old, and it's the first wax it got since I picked it up at the dealer. It looked like it had just come off of the showroom floor. I also had used them in the past, having them detail a car I was about to turn in off of lease, and it was money well spent. When the car was examined at the dealer, there weren't any defects found.

Amazing. My daughter came home from College and I wanted to have her car looking beautiful. I brought the car Sunday night and dropped the key off in the overnight box. The next morning I received a call from Sean. He recommended a full detail . The car was ready at exactly the time he said and was better then expected. Very satisfied! I got my boyfriends Cadillac detailed with the "full reconditioning" package for his birthday. It was previously a mess - lots of scratches, coffee spilled inside, clearly lived in. Went for a "New car detail".
Supposedly, they do all the things the dealership doesn't do, like cleaning the sticker residue off the windows.
1st time the windows fogged up, all the window stickers showed up. -.-
Emailed the owner and although they told me they'd be happy to "re-clean" it, they said no matter how hard you try, you can never clean that residue off...

Let me start by saying I consider myself in the top 10% of people that care for their cares interior and exterior appearance regularly. My car is daily driver of 6+ years with 95,000 miles on it but the average person wouldn't guess as much.

As soon as I entered the office I was greeted by the charismatic owner and felt completely at ease. It was clear he ran a quality operation from the initial review of detailing services to the pricing and time estimate. My car was cleaned perfectly and was, in fact, "better than new" as the Doctor promised.
BTW, although one pays a steep price for this level of service, my hand wash and hard wax cost about 40% less at Detail Doctor than what I had been paying

I was in the area and decided to wash my 1-day old car at Detail Doctor. Absolutely gorgeous facility and courteous service. The shocker was the $64 price for a basic wash! My car was 1-day old... It wasn't much more than dusty. They definitely scored when I walked through the door! What made the price especially appalling was that they missed a spot, plus they kinked my plastic license plate. At the price they charge this is just unacceptable. They did clean the barrels on my wheels (worth an extra star in itself), but for $64 I'd expect much better. Sorry guys, I will not be back.

The Detail Doctor did an excellent job on my BMW. I came to Detail Doctor after accidentally breaking an entire bottle of red wine in my trunk. (of course initially I tried to clean it myself to no avail)
While I had the car there I asked them to detail the inside and out. A bit pricey, maybe, but you get what you pay for! I now have a car that looks like I just drove it off the showroom floor and not a scent of wine in the car whatsoever!
