Please be aware that we attempt to fulfill as many requests as possible and cannot guarantee that every donation request will be met.

Went through them one time!! I was told I would be charged $30 a month to use their trash can now a couple months later got a bill from them for $300 because they were charging me $100 not 30$ a month!! Horrible service and lies!! Never will use them again!! Now suing me for the 300$ now its 1,015$ they are a joke

Western Waste is by far the best trash company out there. Their expertise in the field and with customer service is beyond any expectation that could be set. All their staff are friendly, and when you call they are there. As the Branch Supervisor of Connections Credit Union, I am extremely impressed with the level of service we have been given. We are doing a complete overhaul remodel right now, and anytime we call to get the roll off dumped they are there, as well as any other service that has been needed. I recommend them to anyone and everyone for any service they provide. Thanks Western Waste

I was confused about a bill and called to see what was going on. This is the first poor review I have ever left a company. When I called, the woman was so defensive (as if I were accusing her of misconduct) and so incredibly rude. I would recommend going elsewhere. We are now withPSI, with whom, we are very happy.

Sometimes it is the little things that count. Today was trash day and the can didn’t get out. I have pneumonia and didn’t want to go running out when I saw the truck. But no worries my guy Nick from Western Waste services in Jerome walked up to my house and got it for me! What a guy!! Made my day! He usually goes slow as I run out! Lol on a cold winter day he put in some extra effort to make my day special! Thanks Nick! I hope you have a Merry Christmas!

Never thought I could love a trash company... Western Waste is Amazing! When my kids forget to put the trash out our driver will come up to the house get the cans , dump the cans and put them back!
The office staff is great to deal with and when one of our trash cans cracked they sent out a new can the next day!
Customer Service is out of this world!

Can't believe how nice it was to have the driver on my route come and get my cans this past Tuesday to dump them. I assumed our pick up would be a day late since Monday was a holiday and thought I had missed them when I heard the truck. What a nice surprise to see my empty cans by the road. My driver is the best!
