We found this company on Yelp and rented a dumpster to get rid of a bunch of junk in the house we just moved into. Communication was great- very friendly and responsive - and said they could be there the next day. It arrived exactly when they said it would.
We filled the whole dumpster and still had some more debris in the basement, so we asked them for a quote to haul it away. They came by a few hours later, gave us the quote (reasonable) and started taking it away right then. They hustled the whole time and got it done quickly.
Overall service was extremely friendly, felt very transparent

Hands down the best service I have used for both Dumpster Service and Junk Removal. These guys are great! My fiance and I have used them three times this year while we remodel our home and couldn't be happier. Anthony is an incredibly hard worker, very polite, professional and down to earth. Pricing is fair and upfront, no hidden costs. Will continue to call these guys for help in the future!

Awesome....they were amazing. We had another company come out, but they could only handle one truck. They did an amazing job, but could not finish the job.
We had a hard deadline, we called Junk Starz and explained the situation. 20 minutes later a person showed up and evaluated what was left. He said "yep, we got this". Alone, this young man pulled all the items that needed to go out to the driveway. These were not small pieces. The furniture items weighed more than he did I'm sure.
He was amazing. I wish I had his name. He grabbed every single item we wanted pulled and had them staged for removal

Highly recommend Junk Starz crew! Very professional and courteous. They removed the Hot Tub that was built into the deck without doing any damage to the deck and that too in less than 3 hours!!! They removed every piece of metal and junk and cleaned everything after removing tub!
We had few other junk removal crews came for providing estimates, they simply walked away by saying they can't remove the tub that was built into the deck!!!
Again, highly highly recommend Junk Starz!!!!

Called at 11:30am to have some old carpet and cabinets picked up from a house during renovations. Was given a time window of 12-2pm. By 12:25pm, it was gone and paid for. Quick and easy, thank you!
Edit: My boyfriend cut and rolled old carpet for them, when it was picked up for removal, dirt was left throughout our home.

Thurman and his team are top notch! They responded immediately to my inquiry, came snd gave an estimate and completed the job all in the same day. Since I live out of state they keep me updated on their progress throughout the day with phone calls and texted photos. Their pricing was extremely fair. I’ve used this company twice so far to assist with removing unwanted items. Recently, due to my hectic schedule I called last minute seeking their assistance in removing yard debris for an inspection that I had the very same day. I was given a time estimate and within a few short hours they arrived. The owner and team members are very professional, reliable, quick and efficient. I really appreciate their help and for fitting me into the schedule on such a short notice. I recommend this company and will continue to use them.

The crew at Junk Starz are excellent! My wife and I just purchased a home and we used Junk Starz to demolish and haul away an old shed in our backyard, as well as to remove some other general debris.

Two words: Lightning speed. Thurston responded to my quote request within minutes and proceeded to call me immediately after. Thurston is professional, straight forward, and clear. Thurston and his crewman were so great! They communicated throughout the process, were super friendly and quick, and they took all of the furniture I needed to remove before we had flooring installed. Thurston and 2 of his crewmen came out on one of the coldest days (-18 degree windchill) and emptied out a large storage unit for me. FILLED Two trucks and did it all in less than 90 minutes. On time, very professional and the price was much less than what others quoted me! I would highly recommend him/Junk Starz for any junk removal: garage, home, storage unit, office, you name it I think he would do it!

Junk Starz prices are hard to beat - under $300 for a 16 ft. truck, 2 movers, and a 2 hour move. However, I was told that help would arrive between 2-4pm and movers did not arrive until after 6:30 pm! I know these things sometimes fall out of the movers control, so I understand needing to be flexible with timing. However, a 2+ hour delay seemed too much.
The 2 movers who arrived were extremely polite, efficient, and professional given they already had been working 12 hours by the time they reached me. A few items were nicked and one piece of an AC unit was broken, but other than that the move
