Great service from Troy in selecting an edger for my residential application. Ended up with the Kombi system which has a lot of neat attachments. No high pressure or needless markup, just solid advice on the product selection and suggested accessories. Used the edger as soon as I got home, best looking edges on the street so far.

I called them at 1030 am to ask if it was a good time to drop off a piece of equipment for preventive maintenance. I told them I would be by in the next hour. I showed up at 1115 am to find a sign on the door that said "sorry for the inconvenience, we are closed until 3 pm. What kind of business closes mid day especially when they know a customer is on the way.

I just purchased a new Boss plow for my truck and Tim and Troy were great to work with! I had it narrowed down between two different models and they helped me understand the differences and prices of each so I could get the one that was right for me. When it came time to install it, they did an outstandingly clean job and I knew it was done right by people that care about there work. I highly recommend these guys and I will definitely be returning for my future lawn and snow equipment needs!

As the owner of CJ's Lawn and Snow Services in Waunakee, I have been working with Waunakee Power Equipment since they started. I have always been able to trust and count on them to have the parts that I need and to handle repairs with a high level of service.
