A Sustainable or Green Building Design is defined as one that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

Analyzing the needs for a variety of businesses results in creative yet functional design solutions. The historical renovation of the Belton Chalet, West Glacier, Montana, provided an interesting challenge to balance the contradictory requirements of current building codes and the National Historical Registry's mandate to restore and preserve the original design elements of the period.
It accomplishes exactly what we were hoping for, a casually beautiful and yet functional living space, which manages to bring the stunning Montana outdoors indoors. I would highly recommend him to anyone. In fact, if we were to build another house in Bigfork, we would again retain Joe Magaddino to do the architectural work.

Great architect. Worked with my husband and I on our dream home, but then we found a different property, so we did a total remodel with Joe as well. He was able to make both of us happy. Joe was able to grasp both my ideas as well as my husband’s and merge them together. Highly recommended.
