I had a very nice experience buying my shoes here but after trying them discovered they slip off of my heal and the way the shoe is made, the backside rubs pretty bad against my heal and they just hurt my feet. I called the store to discuss an exchange but the owner is not willing to exchange them because I wore them to try them. I tried explaining 4 times that they are in perfect condition and there is no ware on them but she will not honor her exchange policy. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR EXCHANGE POLICY!!!
