If you are looking for an amazing dentist and amazing dental practice Coastal Kids is by far the best! Dr. Rebecca Ward is amazing and everyone else that works with your child from check in to exit is great too. She works exceptionally well with special needs children and goes the extra mile to make them feel comfortable. My kids love it there! I cannot say enough great things!

I will preface this by saying, this is one of the 1st reviews I've ever done.
I called coastal kids after my 2 year old daughter had major trauma to her mouth with a loose tooth and bleeding. I called at 745AM and was told there was NO availability for that day, even for emergencies.
We have been patients for 2 years now and have come in for regularly scheduled cleaning, and loved the doctors and nurses. Unfortunately will never ever come back.
The fact that a pediatric dentist does not keep 1-2 slots open for emergencies boggles me.

Great experience! They made my two year old feel comfortable and took the time to play with her and sing to her to help her through her first dental visit. I was also worried about getting shamed for her still using a paci at night but both the hygienist and dentist were understanding and shared their personal experiences with their own kids. I felt seen as a mom. No shaming at all, just tips to help her wean off the paci and understanding how hard it is. I will definitely be going back!

I was here recently with my 3 children who I thought all had scheduled appointments. When I got to the front desk, the receptionist informed me that only one of my children had an appointment. It was extremely frustrating because my older two had missed school that morning in order to make their appointments. So we sat in the waiting room trying to figure out what our next move would be. Thankfully, the office manager allowed all 3 of my children to be seen and fit them into the schedule for the day. I was especially grateful because it takes a lot to get my 3yo calm during his dental cleanings

My 15 yr old daughter had her 1st appointment here yesterday. As soon as we walked in we noticed how clean the lobby was. The staff was very polite and helpful. One thing I really liked is I was able to schedule her appointment and upload all of my daughter’s insurance information online, which made for a quick check in process the day of her appointment. She can’t wait for her next appointment. My daughter said I are very happy we chose Coastal Kids Dental and Braces.

My 6 year old had the best first experience ever! They explained every step to us both and made sure she wasn’t afraid. Mandy was the assistant and she couldn’t have been sweeter. I loved all the staff pleasant attitudes and fun atmosphere. I will recommend the WA clinic to any first timers. We can’t wait to go back!

This practice is always clean, friendly, effective, and fast. The personnel their is always professional and courteous. We’ve been attending Coastal Kids Dental for about 3 years. We were referred here because my son needed some work done that my original dental practice didn’t perform and fell in love. I’d recommend Coastal to everyone❤️ Awesome staff and doctors!
