Our mission is to build trusting relationships with patients, families, physicians, and with the team devoted to patient care in the home. Our goal is to help children reach their fullest potential by providing in-home skilled nursing as well as developing a thorough, individualized care plan for each child.

We are looking for Registered Nurses (RN) & Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work full-time and part-time shifts to provide pediatric skilled nursing in the Jacksonville area. Providing medical needs and treatment of children in their home according to the plan of care. Looking for a nurse to work the 7p-7a shift Monday through Thursday to provide skilled nursing for a medically complex 8-year old female with a GT/Trach and Bipap for support.
