Greenleaf Design Build is Eugene Oregon's premier general contractor and designer. We specialize in remodels including kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, home building, and home remodeling. Our new homes are always custom. Client's often request energy efficient design and unique construction.
Our Process is straight forward. We start with a home assessment and proceed through design and production. We also prefer to give our clients a firm price that get's them what they want for the price they can afford. When initially meeting with homeowners, we determine the details of the project and establish budgets first, prior to arranging for material selections and designs.

Our new homes are always custom. If it's from a plan that our client provides or if it's from us we always customize it to our clients needs. New homes are a wonderful opportunity to get creative and to make it build right. Building new homes is a main part of our company direction. Often a client will own or be out looking for a piece of property, when they approach us for help in building their new home.

I have met with the owner of Green Leaf to discuss properties and construction and found him to be an excellent communicator, friendly and professional. I haven't built a project with them but I certainly would be very happy to do so based upon my own ability to communicate what I need, what areas I'm naive in, and from my careful observation so far.
