When our landlord informed us of their intention to sell, we didn’t know what to do. I called Jason [Manley] and explained our situation. He took a minute to help me realize everything will be okay. With the amount of positivity and sincerity in his voice I knew we could trust Jason.
Jason is very respectful and did a really great job explaining things to me and was willing to re-explain thing to my wife and I. Jason has a good network of associates he can refer you to if you need help with other aspects of buying a home.

Prior to meeting Jason we had come across a few well-known realtors in the area. We were on the fence about selling and would attend open houses to get a better idea if it was the right decision for us. The agents we met were either overly aggressive or gave an immediate rebuttal to each of our concerns.
The idea of selling our home was a scary one. We weren't sure if our ideal home would be on the market, or if we would have enough equity, but most importantly we weren't emotionally ready to make a commitment. After three months of thinking it out, we knew we had to go with Jason.

Jason Manley is an expert in what he does!
