Eric responded quickly and came within an hour of me calling him. I had a roller pop out of the track and he told me all he had to do was put the roller back on. All the other mechanisms were in good shape. So he checked everything out for me and didn't try to upsell me on anything else. I highly recommend Eric and will be referring him to friends and family.
