Wow! Just wow!! These guys were so awesome to work with, especially Denise. She made things happen! I had a less than bad experience in the city with another rv dealer recently. We were traveling near Vernal when we had a malfunction with our trailer. It was a safety issue and we would not have been able to continue our trip without getting it fixed. A local recommended B & D RV Center to us. We gave them a call and they said they could look at our trailer that day. We limped it over and they got us in quickly. We were in and out the same day with the issue fixed and now we are feeling a lot more comfortable continuing our trip. We have nothing negative to say about B & D! They were great, decently priced, and saved our trip.

Bought my first trailer here, drove 3 hours to pick it up. When I ran into an issue under warranty a few weeks later they were extremely accommodating. They worked with my schedule and were able to get me in on a busy Saturday to get it fixed. I can’t recommend them enough, from sales to service everyone was great to work with.

We drove 3 hours from the Wasatch Front to buy our RV from B & D RV. These guys put the big dealerships in Salt Lake and Utah county to shame, superior customer service and by far the most fair pricing we came across. The level of detail they go to make sure we are satisfied is awesome. For example, we received a phone call 3 weeks after we picked up our trailer that they had ordered a replacement glass for our entertainment center due to a scratch on the glass. My wife and I were unaware of the scratch when we picked it up because it was less that a 1/2 inch long. For them to find the scratch

This place is the best. We were passing through Vernal and needed some work done on our hitch. They were completely accommodating. Pulled in and Brandon immediately took care of us; Kids didn't even have to get out of truck. We were also able to dump and get water. Highly recommend B&D RV Center. Convenient location, right across the street from Walmart. Had a huge selection of RVs as well, much more than I have seen at most places recently.

We experienced a leak in our water system our first night dry camping on our trip. I called at 4:30 PM I was told they could look at it first thing in the morning. The tech did a thorough inspection and found the source of the problem and he provided a couple of spare gaskets "just in case". He showed me what he did and noted a couple of things we were not doing correctly (which had not been explained when we bought the unit). Everything was fixed and we were on our way in about an hour.
