Cracking in asphalt is inevitable, and neglect leads to accelerated cracking and/or potholing, further reducing pavement life and serviceability. The problem of cracks is handled in many ways, ranging from pavement maintenance activities, such as surface treatments (seal coating or road slurry and hot rubberized crack sealing) to full-scale pavement rehabilitation projects, such as resurfacing.

Road Works INC., was recommend to me to seal cracks in our problematic parking lot. They were referred because of the difficulties involved and the amount of abnormal movement. Nathan and team were prompt, professional, and addressed all concerns that we had. They sent a team out to address some sinking of the filling product in cracks, due to the severity of our issues, and there were no complaints. I recommend Road Works for all asphalt parking lot crack sealing.
