Updated: they cant even keep the place staffed enough to get people their glasses apparently. Waited over 30 minutes just to pick up glasses and never once had a staff member even check on me. Its not understaffing. They had two people working and I was the only customer in there and they saw many multiple times. Nice Dr but the staff is severely lacking in proper customer care and the whole thing is just one terrible customer experience. Ive been hung up on dozens of times, had them be outright rude, been left on hold for hours, and more. The worst experience ive ever had anywhere for anything

Great place. We were both very impressed with the care that we were given from the first steps in the door until we left. Excellent staff. No questions were left unanswered. Amy was very thoughtful,gave the wife great tips for her eye care. We're new to Amarillo and definitely have found our eye care professionals. Thank you all for the great care.

Dr. P is a very knowledgeable and caring person. The exam equipment is first rate and the triage is very quick. The staff is courteous and friendly with the intent to make the patient feel comfortable and the center point of the business. The facility is up to date and well kept. COVID concerns are treated seriously. All precautions have been taken. You will not regret making this your family’s eye care center.
