Services
Ms. Foster is a founding member of the firm. She is originally from upstate New York and moved to Fairbanks in 2003. Danielle graduated from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 1998 and Vermont Law School in 2001. After law school, she worked in private practice in Vermont and Maine before relocating to Fairbanks in 2003.
Ms. Rogers is a founding member of the firm. She is originally from Baltimore, Maryland and moved to Fairbanks in 2001. Margaret graduated from Georgetown University in 1995 and Vermont Law School in 2001. Margaret served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Richard D. Savell and the Honorable Mark I. Wood.
Mr. Rogers is responsible for client billing, administration, bookkeeping and day-to-day office management at Foster & Rogers, LLC. He retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2007 after 25 years of active and Alaska Air National Guard service. Curt's vocational experience while in the service included, public affairs, aircraft maintenance (primarily on the KC-135 Stratotanker) and duty as the 168th Air Refueling Wing's Ground Safety Superintendent.
Susie was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. After graduating from high school, she joined her father who had moved to Fairbanks to work on the Trans-Alaska Pipeline Construction, and her sister in search of adventure. She worked for various construction companies from Fairbanks to Prudhoe Bay back in Seattle where she worked for a construction materials supplier shipping barges full of goods bound for Alaska.
