Last year I lost 60 pounds, and went into remission from autoimmune disease simply by using healthy foods and supplements. This would never have been possible without Good 4-U Nutrition In Arnold! Their variety is phenomenal and I also love that they offer affordable fresh fruits and vegetables that are mostly locally grown. they are never sales-y, like some other health food stores always trying to push the latest fad on customers. However, they are very knowledgeable when asked questions and have made some recommendations that have changed my life for the better. Can’t say enough about this

I've been going to Good For You Nutrition for at least 10 years. I am so glad that we have a store like this in Jefferson County. It has something for everyone. And, if you can't find what you need, Sandy, the owner, will order it you. She is very helpful. She has assisted me on many occasions. Also, their freshly ground peanut butter is the best!
