I don't typically write testimonials or reviews but I want to express my appreciation to these folks. In September I rode my new Indian Springfield from Colorado to the 2019 Bikes Blues and BBQ motorcycle rally in Arkansas. While attending the rally my check engine light came on the evening prior to the morning I needed to leave for home.

Absolutely the best customer service in any motorcycle dealership I’ve been to. No pressure, just honest answers and really knowledgeable staff. My wife and I ended up trading in two motorcycles and picking up two used Indians. Joe “Old Skool” was our salesman and between motorcycles and tube amps (we shared that same affliction), he’s got you covered. Really a top notch guy. George helped to get the prices to where we could do two trades for two Indians and even managed to upgrade one of the bikes with some WW tires and a spoke front wheel and the other some spoke wheels, for that vintage

Just left another review on Yelp... In a time of miserable, HORRIBLE customer service as a norm, Heritage Indian and Joe Car stand out as a beacon of how a company should be run. I came into their showroom about 10 days ago to get a proper helmet, which I purchased, but decided to come back a day later just to take a gander at their new Indian Scouts. So much for JUST looking??!! I JUST purchased a new 2021 Honda 1100 about a month ago. Bye bye Honda... Oops!

I normally don't leave reviews but felt I needed to this time. I purchased a motorcycle from Heritage and had it shipped to Idaho. They were extremely helpful and patient while arranging shipment took great care of my bike. Joe Carr was my sales person and went above and beyond for me! From inquiry to sale to shipping, he was there every step of the way....great guy and actually cares about the customer and not just the sale. This should be your first stop for anything motorcycle related! A+++++

The easiest way to tell you this is the dealership worth working with is, I drive over 2 hours to deal with them, not only for buying Indians but also for anything service related. I have another Indian Dealer 30 minutes from my house and 10 minutes from my work. I still make the trip to Heritage and I now own my 3rd Indian. There's a reason they've been voted the top Motorcycle Dealership in NW Arkansas several yrs running... they've earned it. Tell them Deacon sent you.

I bought my first street bike here. I stopped in several times and got to know Joe and some of the staff. They were always friendly, never pushy, and answered all my new rider questions with total patience. They went out of their way to help me find the right bike at the right price with no attempts too sell me on anything more powerful or expensive. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I will be back for bike number two.

We recently rented an Indian Challenger from Heritage. Transaction was smoothe sailing and staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Even equipped bike with backrest since riding 2 up without even asking them. Facilities were well kept and easy access to get to. I was late getting getting rental bike back and staff didn't blow a gasket. All were very nice and asked how rental bike performed and did we have good time... very customer friendly and I would highly recommend. I would certainly entertain doing business with them for a bike purchase in future and I'm 9 hrs away just based on my rental

This Dealership went above and beyond in all accounts!! I live in Norman Oklahoma I called and spoke with Joe in sales asked if he had a certain bike still in stalk. A 2021 Indian Roadmaster Dark Horse Black Smoke which I had been looking for and everywhere I called they had just sold or had theirs on hold. Joe said it was still available and I made an immediate deposit to hold the bike. Yesterday I rented an airplane and flew out to seal the deal. The owner of the dealership picked me up and drove me to the dealership so I could get everything done. Joe and his team took care of everything and

I cannot say enough kind words for the staff at this Indian motorcycle shop location. The store itself is incredibly well kept and clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming as you enter. Any questions or concerns you have they easily answer for you with a smile. Parking lot is easy to maneuver with parts and service being in a small out building towards the back. Entrance and exit are located off two different highways, as this is a corner shop which makes maneuvering onto roads easy. Upon meeting other customers while here, every one of them raved about the wonderful attention to service towards
