This business went above and beyond for my family in our time of need. Needed a refrigerator in a pinch, they had one in stock, even stayed late for us to get it. My family is grateful!

Just bought a all knob manual control range. Lowes told me they didn't make them anymore. Am very happy the owner seemed young but very knowledgeable. I will be back

Everyone was very nice, professional, and helpful. I got a dryer, ran into some issues (by no means was it any fault of this company) and they made sure we got everything worked out. I have had my dryer a few months now, and all is working well!!!

Bought a matress..within 6 month it was sagging in the middle..and also bought a frigidaire cookstove..the drawer below the oven was off track..they stated they would come put it in place..they never showed up...and the only credit they offer is a home goods credit card..therefore you cannot return it..

Priced the whirlpool 2 door and lower freezer drawer fridge everywhere especially Knoxville. The whirlpool fridge was $300.00 more in Knoxville plus delivery was $125.00 plus 25.00 installation plus $25.00 haul away of old fridge plus it would be over 2weeks before I could get it delivered! I bought my fridge last Saturday and it was delivered and set up the following Wednesday, and they went over and above to assure I was completely happy. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
