Such a fun place to work. Daily spiffs which allow you to go home from work early, easy dress code, no weekends and no holidays? What more could one ask for? Plus, there are no caps on the bonus. The opportunity to make more than your base, which by the way is $10 p/h, is a good reason to stay. Is it easy? Is it hard? That is up to you. Give it 100 and you receive 100!

This is a sink-or-swim position. They say no experience required but only train you for 1 day. They only paid $8.50 an hour so dont pay attention to the $10 to $12 an hour. Loud music playing in the background made it hard for me to hear people on the phone and their headsets pick up EVERYTHING in the room. Many times I was asked why is there rap music in the background. The biggest red-flag was when somebody called verizon directly and was told that we were scamming them... Again they say no experience required but if you don't know how to 'push' a sale and manipulate people they will term you
