We also perform a multitude of exterior repair and renovation to include full siding and trim, fencing, and other home exterior repairs. Unfortunately, we do not offer any landscaping services, but we can point you in the right direction if in need of those services. I had my roof replaced a couple of years ago so shouldn't my new roof be in good enough condition to withstand the hail event that we experienced last summer?. Even new roofs can be damaged after the first hail event! The good news is we can simply run a hail report on your physical address which will give us a history of all hail events complete with the information needed to help make an educated decision on a roof inspection.

I contacted Monumental Construction about gutter services and couldn't be happier that I chose them for the project. Everything from start to finish was so great. Dan came to my home and took his time looking over everything before thoughtfully explaining his recommendations. I could tell from the get-go, that he wasn't there to just sell his services. Monumental construction is awesome. They were always communicative and told me what to expect so there were no surprises. We had a lot of work done - windows, stained siding, and gutter replacement. This is literally the first time everything had worked without a hitch. I completely trust these guys. They did exactly whay they said they were going to do and they did an excellent job. Monumental Construction did a great job replacing my roof, gutters, facia and window screens. Dan and his team were great to work with and their communication was even better. They did all the communicating back and forth with the insurance company and kept me in the loop when needed. I would recommend them for anyone needing exterior work on their home. They were able to schedule right away and they did a great job. They have provided free estimates for my other properties.
