Absolutely horrible customer service! I was merely needing information regarding mailbox services for my small business and was not provided detailed information as requested over the phone. The man on the phone was extremely rude! I was only told that purchasing a mailbox for $9.99 per month through Virtual Digital Mailbox rather than purchasing one directly for $15 per month at the same location would not provide me with all the services they offer. But then he began to explain that nothing was included with their $15 per month direct mailbox fee. I asked for clarification as to what he meant

Must be under new management. Wanted to mail a larger (flat’ish) envelope. Was told $23.xx and could take 2 weeks to arrive Unbelievable!!! Took it to USPS and mailed for $8.xx and it arrived the 2nd day. I’ve been using this place for years. All new faces when I walked in and seemed like they where unsure of what they were doing. One star was too much considering the conversation I had with them. I guess I’ll have to find another place.

The owner of this place is rude and ornary. I called One day to get information on a private mailbox and I was told he didn’t have time to talk to me about it and I needed to call back. I then called back and got the information. I went in the next day to open the private mailbox and because there were three customers who came in behind me he told me he didn’t have time to open the Private MailBox and I need it to come back at a later time. I told him I didn’t have time to come back that day I needed to open the private mailbox. He handed me my ID and said he’s not going to take care of
