We love ALMOST everything about this park. The family that runs it are very sweet and helpful, and they do an awesome job at taking care of the grounds. Very quiet and respectful neighbors (long term guests are background checked). Love the amazing location, elbow room, and laundry mat. The only thing I can complain about is the internet 😞 That was a big draw when we chose this park, but there might as well not be any lol it almost never works. We've lived here for 6 months, and at first it was kind of meh...but it's pitiful now. But if it ever improves, I'd be happy to give it 5 stars! That

This park and management are awesome! Todd makes it VERY clear when you rent your space- STAY OFF the grass. He then proceeds to explain exactly why. He has put a lot of money and his entire heart and soul into this park. He will bend over backwards to help you. I was there for 2 months with no complaints about anything. My daughter and I felt very safe there and that is so important. This is a five star park!

I am 71 traveling with a 43 ft Big Country and 1ton dually for many years.I happen to cut across the corner of grass onto the gravel pad. Rain from the previous night made the ground soft and put a divot in the ground. Todd came by to read the meter saw the divot and became enraged. I told him I would repair it. His comment was if I had known that I would not have rented to you. I cranked up said he could keep his site and left. I had a very bad experience and had never been talked to or treated this way at any park. I spent the night in a rest area because nothing was available. They have a nice

Have lived here for over a year now, Todd and his family take so much pride in their parks and their work and it definitely shows. We love the fact that they run background checks on anyone staying longer than three days, considering we have a young daughter and that there are plenty of kids in the park so we know they are safe from any kind of offenders. Todd does great managing the park and keeping up with maintenance, especially since it is him and his dad that do everything around the park. The two of them do great work, with BOTH of their parks. He makes sure that all tenants are respectful

We stayed at this Rv Park for 2 months while my husband was working building a water tower. The owner was great and worked with us. It was very spacious and great for people with kids and animals. The owner works with all your concerns and needs to make your stay as great as it can be. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in town! Thank you for everything!!

After staying at the same place when visiting our elderly father in Weatherford over the last two years, we decided to try a new RV park. This isn't an easy decision considering we have a big rig, 42 ft travel trailer.
