When I think of Debbie the one word that always comes to mind is integrity. I have know Debbie for over 13 years. When my father passed, Debbie helped us with the sale of our family home in the very tight 2008 market. Since that time she has helped family members with the sales of 3 homes and the purchase my first home. Recently I asked Debbie to advise me on the potential sale of my home of 12 years. Debbie helped me buy my first home in the crazy Bay Area market recently. I will highly recommend her to anyone trying to navigate the real estate market out here.. She was very professional and prompt. She also has a lot of patience and doesn't shy away from giving her honest opinion which is very helpful. I called Debbie asking about a house she had listed, and in spite of the fact that she had just spent all day reviewing 10 offers on that house and it being a Friday evening, she was very kind and gracious on the phone. There are realtors and then there are realtors... Deb Elowson was from the moment we connected amazing. She is thorough, available, understands the market. She has a team of people that will get your house ready and on the market and sold in record time!! I think what was most amazing about her was how sincere she was in truly doing what was best for me and my father. My parents house sold in 2012 in record time and this was due to the fact it was prepped well, staged well and priced well.
