The driver I worked with was very nice and extremely professional and handled my car with care after it broke down for a battery issue.
However, the dispatch lady was very rude. She initially gave an ETA of 2 hours and said she'd try to get someone to me sooner. After 2 hours I called her to check on the status, she said the driver was on their way and left a few minutes prior. After 4 hours I call again and she said they'd be pulling in any minute. They showed up after 4h20min. She was never apologetic about any of it. When I called her out on her lack of communication she threatened to cancel

Billy was fantastic, blew an engine in our mustang and with one call at 5 am secured a tow from Santa Fe to Rio Rancho, he arrived at the advertised time and was very courteous and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Our RV broke down about 100 miles from home. Not knowing who could help us, we made 4 calls to different towing companies. The last person gave us Bob’s number, and what a lucky thing that turned out to be. Bob showed up quickly and got us hooked up and headed home. What a relief. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He turned our stressful situation into a pleasant experience. (Well, as much as it could be, under the circumstances).

They were prompt, fast, professional and friendly, to the point where it turned a midnight nightmare stranded on side of the road, into a bit of an adventure instead.
Driver even helped push the car into my garage when we got back home, and give me some suggestions that turned out to be spot on as far as insurance coverage. Also seem to know exactly how to tow my car, rather than guessing like most.
This all happened after midnight on a Friday night, with very few delays, and the rates were very reasonable!

Most professional, courteous, helpful, Pleasant woman answering the phone, December17, 2020. Called Anaya's in a panic for lockout service. After speaking to four other tow service companies, with rude employee's/owners taking calls? Tow companies who happened to be more expensive then Anaya's, it was terrible that the people on the other line we're just downright not nice people.
It was a pleasure calling Anaya's & speaking to a courteous customer service oriented individual on the phone! I would say definitely give Anaya's your business.

Anaya’s Towing was amazing! Made the mistake of going through my insurance company instead of just calling them immediately. Eight hours, and three canceled dispatched local tow companies (they all called, said they were coming, and then just never showed up. Not even a courtesy “we’re not coming”) later I had had enough. I called them at 8:30 last night while it was snowing and they arrived in less than 25 minutes. I was on the north side of town by St. John’s. Took great care of my car and maneuvered it amazingly.
