The law firm of BRAVLIN PC (formerly Braverman & Lin, PC) was originally founded by Mr. Stanton Braverman who began this immigration practice in 1972. Mr. Braverman is retired and serves as an advisor to the firm. The firm is now owned and managed by Mr. Michael W. Lin, who has been working with Mr. Braverman since 1992.
We are an immigration law firm with over 30 years of experience. The firm is proud to say that most, if not all, of its clients are originated through referrals. We handle cases ranging from business immigration i.e. We care about what we do because you are not just a case with us. You are part of the extended family when you become our client.
The immigration process can be so stressful, and Michael Lin has made it feel easy for me. Wether it was his pleasant demeanor or his constant reassurance, I will say that this was the first time in over a decade that I did not feel completely overwhelmed by the immigration process. Since autumn 2018 when BRAVLIN PC took my case, I have noticed
that they often worked in after hours though my emails to them were not
marked urgent.
BRAVLIN PC had gone through and coped well over 1,000 pages of my documents to be submitted within a week. After that, my submission was not challenged by the US immigration authority. As a matter of fact, within one month of time during the pandemic crisis, the immigrant visas came.

Michael and his team helped us on our i485 and i130 application, we had a little complicated case that involves a sponsor.
