Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Recently we had a serious car accident in which the car was totaled. The response from the corporate State Farm was not as good as I would’ve expected, therefore I contacted my state farm insurance person and they handled it quickly efficiently and friendly I highly recommend them

I'm fairly new to Oregon but I've been with State Farm for a very long time. I'm one of those folks that you don't hear much from. I pay my monthly fees and that's about the only interaction you'll get from me.
I accepted the enrollment with Drive Safe in anticipation of lower monthly fees. It turned into a huge thrash and I was about to call it quits but she worked hard and got everything worked out. I very much appreciate that.
I think I'll stick with Lisa Parks and her incredible team. Thank you

We've had Lisa as our agent since moving to Portland in 2011, and her team has always provided prompt and professional support. They look for discounts, suggest valuable options and don't oversell anything. Over the past 5-6 years, I have been using Lisa Parks State Farm Insurance Agency. It is unbelievable to me how great the customer service always is in this office.
During the time of pandemic I have called several times to shift my plan, add a car, remove a car, and now two calls with questions about how to save with State Farm. I was in the middle of a transition in my life to living on my own and Tammie was so amazing. She responded quickly and was so friendly and helpful. I had been with the company previously and was looking to return to them because their customer service and responsiveness have always been the best I've ever known. I used to work in the insurance business and I know how difficult it can be, Lisa and her staff truly care about their customers and their needs. I have always felt cared about and respected. I am so excited to be back with them and I intend to stay for good.
