Stephen Mueller and his company, Coastal Network Services was my first and has been my only full service IT group for my busy multi-specialty dental practice. I, along with my office staff partnered with Stephen Mueller in 1999, after having researched many IT groups.

The phone rings. It’s Coastal Networks telling us that we have an internet issue BEFORE we even knew it. I’m sold. As a general practitioner for 32 years I have experienced a lot of changes in the industry. I always felt that I was “ up to date” with HIPPA guidelines but still was unsure. I met Stephen Mueller at a dental meeting then asked him to come out and give me an overview. Well several years later the relationship continues. Two years ago our practice was in desperate need of guidance for HIPAA compliance. We found Coastal Networks via word of mouth and we couldn't be more happy with the decision. Not only did they bring us into compliance, they did it in a language a dental girl could understand. When it was time to upgrade our server and workstations, they again exceed our expectations. The transition was smooth and the cost was competitive.
The staff at CN is easily accessible by phone and it is rare I have to wait for a solution to any computer situation that I may have. They have wonderful customer service.

I have used many different computer companies to help with my dental network over the past 18 years, and have found Coastal Networks to be the best! Other companies claimed to know how to install, run and fix my computers and server, but we would always have issues with the network and a lot of stress and frustration when it did not work correctly during the normal workday. Steve and Josh are very knowledgeable, efficient and able to quickly help us whenever we have had computer issues. I would highly recommend them!

Stephen and Josh are very talented and skilled! They are up to date with all aspects of the internet and computer knowledge. They are respectful of your time and are quick to respond to any issue, no matter how small. They have made sure that our computers are protected from viruses and they keep us up to date with all security changes and updates.
