The customer service is on point. They handled everything for our cruise at no extra charge to us. I searched online for the best deal and they beat it.
We also did a cruise with a group of people and they handled it all from finding great cabins together on a quiet part of the ship to getting the money from each family group instead of me having to collect it all.

Peggy with Paul's Cruises ROCKS. We hadn't used Pau's for many decades, since our honeymoon cruise. For our 30th anniversary, we decided to book an Alaskan Crusetour. Paul's Cruises has hosted hundreds of Alaskan excursions over the past few decades. We knew we'd be in good hands with them booking our trip and taking care of all the details. We can't wait for May of 2020 for our adventure to begin!

Peggy at Paul's cruises helped us out big time when a Cruise we had booked ourselves had mechanical difficulties and we were forced to cancel. You better drink your coffee though she moves fast. Thorough but with great detail she had us booked on another cruise for the same time period. With a longer trip, better stops and for less money. Two days before we were scheduled to leave. True professionals we will never consider booking another cruise without their help. Thanks Peggy!!

Highly recommend! I've never traveled as part of a tour group and had my qualms about it. However, this was one of the best trips I've taken! We were treated like special guests and family at the same time. Rita and Tom, the owners were with us on the trip and assured everything went well. One day, a scheduled bus trip ran late and Rita and Tom bought everyone a boxed lunch to get us back on track. Even with things outside of anyone's control , they were there down in the trenches assuring everything would be alright. It was an exciting adventure and I'll go back again

I have traveled with Paul's VIPP once before with my 84-year-old mother, and we are heading out again in a few weeks. The Pauls get great prices for their VIPP cruises and tours. More importantly, they take great care of their groups. The groups are comprised of middle-aged and elderly travelers, and the Pauls feature the right mix of easy and adventurous activities for their groups. Mother and I went on a cruise through the Panama Canal a few years ago with the group. They helped me watch out for Mother, and I got to climb the Dunn River Falls, ride a camel, zip-line through a mahogany
