We are a Direct Primary Care practice. This means we have a smaller practice size, one in which we can devote more time and attention to each individual. We are able to develop more meaningful relationships with each patient and provide the highest level of quality, personalized care. Typical insurance-based practices carry a volume of 2,000 or more patients per doctor.
We have limited our practice to 600 patients per doctor. Here, you will be treated as a person and not a number. You will receive ample appointment times and can feel that your concerns will not only be heard but will be adequately addressed. Any time. We are always here for you. We do not accept insurance.

Making the transition with Drs. Harry and Jon Izbicki to their new business model, as a Direct Primary Care practice, was an easy decision for our family. The compassionate, attentive, and personal care our family receives from the staff, and Drs. Harry and Jon, provides us with the peace of mind our young family needs.
One of the biggest differences between other practices and our office is that we operate with a smaller patient base, so we get to know our patients very well. Most hospital-owned Primary Care practices have very large practice sizes with limited physician availability. In our practice, you will always see the doctor and can have an actual conversation with him about your health and well-being.
We are a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice which means we are an insurance-free medical practice. This, however, does NOT mean that those of you with insurance cannot be members. It simply means that we will no longer bill or collect payment directly from insurances for your care. We will simply require an annual membership fee, paid monthly, to be a patient in our practice.
Direct Primary Care is a nation-wide movement of Primary Care doctors who have disembarked from the insurance companies and their assembly-line model of medicine in favor of re-establishing the patient-doctor relationship. It is a form of concierge medicine that is designed to be affordable for the masses.
