Polish Care Services has been a godsend for my family. Peter contacted me within 10 minutes of my calling him, listened to my request, and promptly sent Anna over to my mom's house. Anna is a wonderful young lady who is very attentive to my mother's needs, and often takes the initiative to do laundry or housework when needed. She also stays in contact with me and let's me know of any issues with mom. Having Polish Care Services assist us in this situation with mom has been invaluable! Judy

I have used this cleaning service 3 times, I started using them on a living social deal I found. They do a great job cleaning if they actually show up. The people they have working for them are not dependable. The first time they changed the appointment time on me which was fine it work within my schedule. The second time someone called out sick but they were able to send a replacement person so it worked out in the end. The third time they canceled my appointment the day of or they said they did. I waited and no one showed up. They said the employee coming to clean had a family emergency. They

Hired them after reading the other two reviews here. The owner came out to scope out my house a few days later which was nice as some places say it's weeks before they can get there. Estimate was very reasonable so i figured i'd give them a shot. The woman who came out (different person) was actually early opposed to late, and very friendly. simply asked where i kept a few things and went to work. When i came home i was very impressed. Expected just a basic cleaning as i wasn't too detailed in my requests, but she cleaned everything. Was very thorough. Would recommend them in a heartbeat
