We hired them to clean our house while my husband recovered from a stem cell transplant. The cleaners dripped bleach on our carpet through two hallways and down our stairs leaving bleach stains. The owner said she would pay to replace the carpet. I got two quotes and sent her the invoice she replied "I'll submit this to my insurance today". That was the last I have heard from her, and it has been six months. She will not return phone calls, texts, or emails. We took her to court to recover our money, she didn't show up three times to court. I finally was able to contact her
