Customer service was great over the telephone. This was a small job involving a slow leak from a flat paper/tar exterior roof. They responded quickly after I reported it. Hopefully this time it won't leak. I would prefer a longer warranty than 3 months given but as long as this repair holds the rain out, I'm good. Based upon this, I recommend 2nd2None Roofing & Construction.

Very organized, efficient and dependable. From demo to the final shingle, every step went like clockwork. Any questions I had were answered clearly. A supervisor was present each day to be sure I knew what was going to happen that day.
