The DC jack on the inside of my laptop that contains all of my projects broke and it literally had to be sautered back on to the motherboard.

I was an out-of-town visitor and ran into a hard drive problem on my laptop. After an unsatisfactory attempt at using Best Buy Geek Squad services (they were more interested in signing me up to a support contract than looking at my problem), I took a chance on contacting Alpha Computer Support, based on its Google reviews. It turned out to be a great decision. Paul Meyer of Alpha was extremely responsive, gracious, knowledgeable, methodical, and generous with his time and advice. I would absolutely use him again.

I was having issues with my MacBook Pro and didn’t know what to do. I contacted Paul meet with him and I had my computer back within a few days. Paul fixed the problem that I was having. New Year's Day, I shut down my 8 year old HP Desktop computer and left the house to enjoy a party at a friend's house. The good feelings for the new year ended the next morning when I tried to start my computer. D-e-a-d dead. No lights, no hard drive activity, no fans sound---nothing. I'm extremely grateful that I found Paul with Alpha Computer to repair my HP Touch Smart 610 all in one desktop. My computer seemed to have a mind of its own. It was like I had a ghost inside just opening programs or files on its own while I was composing an email or looking at photos or files on it. Paul took in my computer he had it for a couple of days working on it, yet his pricing for the hours he spent on my computer was extremely reasonable and I'm grateful he was so kind in working with my budget. His knowledge & expertise is extremely valuable and worth every dollar he normally charges

Paul is fantastic. As a new online business based in Hermosa Beach I need to have a functioning laptop at all times. For some reason and despite my hours of trying to fix the problem my laptop wasn't connecting to the internet.
I looked up Paul on my phone and drove to his place in a panic. I hadn't called prior and he had other clients but by the end of day he had fixed my problem.

I am a small business owner and recently spilled a soda all over my MacBook Air laptop.
In a panicked state, I called Paul Meyer, the owner, and he graciously offered to take at look at it right away. I had previously hired Paul to resolve some internet issues I was having, and he had done a fantastic job.
Although I am ashamed to admit it, I had not backed up my files properly...and I was terrified I had lost a whole year's worth of work!
