I had my doubts. I was leery of mortgage brokers. I had done most of it on my own in the past. It's a lot of work if you're trying to go at it alone and a lot of stressful nights. After spending about 2 hours a day surfing the web and looking for the best rates and mortgage loan companies, I relented and finally decided to reach out to a mortgage broker. I had my doubts. I was about to make one of the largest financial decisions in my life and I was tired of dealing with the big banks and their business acquisition models that were more concerned about addressing their own needs rather than mine

I first heard of James through my Dad who had used him for a refinance and I’ve now refinanced twice through James myself. #1 for me is the best rates but close behind is service and James has always killed it on both. I’ve never found better rates and James has always been on top of everything, highly knowledgeable, and very communicative. If there has been a concern or a snag in the process James is on top of it and had personally made sure that it all went through correctly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone else looking for a great rate and great personal service.
