My experience with Bethany White was great. Buying a house is already stressful, but Bethany made sure that the process didn’t overwhelm us. If I had a question it was answered right away and I appreciate that. If I didn’t understand something, she would break it down for us. We needed A house right away due to a military move. Bethany and her team went to work right away. We were able to do tours virtually!! That was exactly what we needed!

I needed to buy a house within a couple of months by the time I reached out to them. Finding houses was super easy as well as arranging times to tour the houses. Even with the market the way it is, I was able to close on a house after only a month or so of looking and I am also very happy with the house. Bethany and her team also explained the entire house buying process in depth and in an easy to understand way for a first time home buyer. I definitely recommend them to anyone in the market!

Bethany and her team had our house listed within a few days of us contacting her. We took every recommendation she had and it worked out wonderfully for us. Within 48 hours, we had 3 offers. She very clearly laid out the pros and cons of each offer and told us which one she would choose. She negotiated the terms of sale very well and made it very easy for us.
