Danell is amazing. Her team of Sofia and Ty are amazing. The customer service and the communication are spot on. Is new storm came in and they were all concerned for our groups safety. They were in constant communication and were never stressed. I would recommend then to anyone. They know how to make a customer feel like they are number 1.

Top of the line service from this company!! I was so impressed with the friendly chauffeur and the whole experience! I chose a stretch Limo for my daughter's graduation party. The Limo picked her and 7 friends up at school and took them to Tahoe for a picnic and back to school. The chauffeur, Stewart was kind and good to the kids. I know that it can be very difficult to handle teenagers, but they were treated with respect and professionalism. I appreciate this once in a lifetime experience as it will always be something these kids will never forget!

I had a car to take myself & my fiance up to Tahoe to have some wedding photos done. Our driver was right on time, already knew the best route, and had the car stocked with a cooler full of drinks all ready to go. So professional in every way!! Or driver was amazing, friendly, and so easy to get along with. He went above and beyond to make our day memorable & special. I will definitely be using this company again.

We rented a sprinter for an airport pickup of a group of friend coming to the area for the first time. The driver (Sean) arrived a couple minutes early to pick up my wife and I at our house. First impression of the vehicle..it's showing some wear. I would highly recommend the company put some TLC into the vehicle. If based on the vehicle alone...3 stars. But, Sean was amazing! Very personable and went out of his way to show us a good time! He had a cooler with champagne and sparkling apple juice since one of the guests was a child. We had a great time! Toured the town. Got some great pics

Used this company on the 4th of July, 2020 up in Squaw Valley. We had 14 people, but each of us had our own seat (per the company's awesome safety regulations due to COVID). The bus was cleaned before and after, and in great condition. The driver showed up early, masked, and was so very polite. This company was so easy to work with (even last minute on my end). I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the Tahoe/Reno area!! Their pricing was fair and all charges were clear and detailed up front.

We had the best experience with this business. I hired them for my son's birthday. From Heather (I think was her name) making the reservation, to Tim Vasquez- our driver. The limo was fully stocked with champagne glasses for the kids to drink their sparkling cider and pop. The driver Tim, gave them his phone to have full control of the music. He took us to the GSR and then home. To top it off, he picked up my son's friends in the neighborhood and drove them down the street a few times because we had a little time left!!! My son will be talking about this for the rest of his life!! I totally

Reno Tahoe Limo was excellent! We hired them as a wedding shuttle to and from our wedding and hotel. Everyone I worked with was completely professional with excellent communication before the wedding day. On our wedding day, our driver Elizabeth was in contact with our wedding coordinator to make sure everything was running smoothly. Elizabeth was an excellent driver and completely professional. I would definitely hire them again!

I had a great experience with this company, except for a small blip at the beginning. A few weeks ago I emailed them for a quote from their website. I did not hear back from them a day later so I called. I nice gentleman assisted me and verified they did not receive the email I had sent. He gave me all the quote information I needed over the phone and reserved a 10 seat limo for our party. It was cool to hear that a 6 seat limo is the same price as a 10 seat limo too!

This is by far the best transportation company in Reno! If you haven't already been using RTL please start today. You won't be disappointed, I promise! I have personally used this company for Christmas light tours, wedding/bachelor parties, air races, Tahoe concerts, and airport runs. Some of the nicest people you'll ever meet!

Everything lived up to our initial encounter. Eric was wonderful in keeping us updated with who our driver would be, how to get a hold of him, times they would be picked up and dropped off. Our driver was five minutes early but patient with the kids and took great care of them.
They were affordable, friendly and while I think we even went over the two hour time limit a bit, didn't incur any additional charges.
I highly recommend Reno/Tahoe Limousine!
