I can't speak for the management of Milano but avoid Jennifer at all costs. Actually just spoke right now to management and they are worse than Jennifer. Take no responsibility for unnecessary hours waiting while my wife is in jail on a trespassing charge.
Do yourself a favor and pass on this business if you want to get out before you die cause they will take their time and can care less about yours.

DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE. they told me to bond 350$ and charged me 800$ when I asked.them they said I said I would pay 800$. liars. so I said no I did not and asked for my.money back. they said if I even try they would press felony charges!!!! not trustworthy people. watch out for Mercedes and the owner

From the time I called them frantically one morning, I was assured all would be well and they could bond my son out with a few hours. I'd called others who said it would take much longer. Despite my being in one city and my son being in another, they worked with me to get the paperwork and payments set up. Every single time I called, they were über nice and supportive. That was important to me because I'd never worked with bail bondsman but heard horror stories.
