Scheduling was prompt and easy. Workers showed up on time and were courteous. Job was completed quickly and my windows are wonderfully clean. Many of my windows look like the glass is actually missing, they are so clean.

The workers arrived late and seemed like they didn’t want to do the work. After they were gone I realized my dining room outlets and chandelier weren’t working. After checking breakers, I happened to look at front porch and the workers from APS had allowed water to somehow saturate front porch outlet and cause small electrical fire as evidenced by blackened brick above outlet and blackened outlet. I called the company multiple times and explained the situation only asking for payment for repairs. No answer, no call back. Although they were satisfactory in the work done, this is going to be

Had an appointment for 8:00 am. Guy showed up late. Looked at my house and said he would not clean my gutters for the price on the flyer. The lady on the phone quoted a price for him to snap on my gutter guards. He also said he would not do it for the price she quoted. Apparently, they have blocked my number when I try to call the Birmingham location.
